CNA/HHA Mandatory Requirement List
We appreciate your interest in joining the Heartside Caring. team. As Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides contracted with our company, you are entrusted with completing the necessary requirements as mandated by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to ensure your employee file is in compliance.
Please ensure you submit the following highlighted requirements:
Current Florida State Driver's License or ID Card
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Current Permanent Resident Card/Work Authorization Card or Passport
CPR Certification from American Red Cross/American Heart Association Instructor
HIV Certificate & Assisting Patients with Self-Administered Medications
You should also be able to obtain a Level II Background Screening.
Online Courses for HIV & Assisting Patients with Medications
For your convenience, HIV and Assisting Patients with Medications courses can be completed online at CNAZONE.COM, RN.ORG, NEVOEDUCATION.COM, CEUFAST.COM, or ELITECME.COM, OR EXCELLENCEINLEARNING.NET.
